Active Valve Control

You drive an Audi S3 8V / RS3 8V and it’s equipped with an exhaust system including valve control at delivery?
You would like to control the valves more individually?
It also bothers that the valves are copen while cold start?

With our Active Valve Control you can get complete control of the exhaust valves in your Audi S3 8V / RS3 8V.

Functions
The module can be installed fast and easy via Plug&Play and the original state of your car stays retained.

No external buttons are needed. The entire comfortable handling is controlled by already existing buttons/other controls inside the car.

Following functions are available with Audi Drive Select menu:

• Audi Drive Select: Comfort Mode
  Both exhaust valves are closed (even while cold start)
  
  
• Audi Drive Select: Auto Mode
  Possibility to go to original mode anytime
  
  
• Audi Drive Select: Dynamic Modus
  Both exhaust valves are open permanently
  
  

Innovative features

• Protection of engine (security function)
  Fully loaded car drives with closed exhaust valves can damage your engine. That’s why our module opens valves from revs of about 4000 RPM in order to protect the engine.
  
  
• Reversal of valves via original button
  You’ll have the possibility to reverse the valves during dynamic as well as comfort mode. That means: You’re driving in comfort mode with closed valves but wish to open them? No problem, just click on the original button twice.
  
  
• Module Deactivation via original Button
  You’ll have the possibility to deactivate our module without removing it? Simply keep the "Start&Stop-Automatic" Button for around 5 seconds. The module is now deactivated. To reenable the Module, you can simply repeat this procedure.
  
  
• Start&Stop Memory
  The module save the current status of the Start&Stop and restore it for the next start of the car. (SSA-Memory)
  
  
• Misfire Memory (RS3)
  The car keep the Misfire even after restarting the engine.
  
  

Compatibility
The Active Valve Control module is compatible with the following models:
Vehicles with with a valve exhaust system at delivery:

• Audi S3 8V with two exhaust valves: 221 KW / 300 PS
• Audi S3 8V with two exhaust valves: 228 KW / 310 PS
• Audi RS3 8V with two exhaust valves: 270 KW / 367 PS
• Audi RS3 8V with two exhaust valves: 294 KW / 400 PS
