Functions
The engine sound of your Audi A5 B8 can be adjusted easily via app or original buttons after retrofitting. You'll find the following functions if you use the app:
There appear up to 5 profiles with 100 Engine-Launch stages, 100 Sound Characteristic stages, 150 volume stages and 3 profile change mechanisms.

The Active Sound Unit is compatible with the following Audi A5 B8 models with Engine Sound retrofit:
- 2.0 TDI ultra: 100 kW (136 hp), 120 kW (163 hp)
- 2.7 TDI: 140 kW (190 hp)
- 3.0 TDI: 150 kW (204 hp), 160 kW (218 hp), 176 kW (240 hp), 180 kW (245 hp)
