You drive a Mercedes Benz E-Class E63 / E63S AMG (Type W213/S213) and it’s equipped with an exhaust system including valve control at delivery (Performance Abgasanlage / PAGA)?
You would like to control the valves more individually?
It also bothers that the valves are not controllable while cold start?

With our Active Valve Control you can get complete control of the exhaust valves in your Mercedes Benz E-Class 213 E63 / E63S AMG (W213/S213).

Functions
The module can be installed Plug&Play to the original Valves of the car and need furthermore the Can-Bus Connection insite of the car.

No external buttons are needed. The entire comfortable handling is controlled by already existing buttons/other controls inside the car.

Following functions are also available with Agility Select menu:
  • You can still use the button for your exhaust valves, but this is an add-on:
    When you activate the button, the valves are permanently and fully open, not only when the engine load is too high.

  • When the button isn’t activated the valves are completely closed, even during cold start phase. So you can drive away in the morning without bothering your housemates.

Innovative features
  • Protection of engine (security function)
    Fully loaded car drives with closed exhaust valves can damage your engine. That’s why our module opens valves from revs of about 4.000 RPM in order to protect the engine.

  • Reversal of functions via original button
    You’ll have the possibility to go to original mode anytime. Means: Would you like to disable the module quickly? No porblem: Hold down the ESP button until the LED light on the speedometer turns on. Push the button again and then the original control is activated.

The Active Valve Control module is compatible with the following models:

  • Mercedes Benz E-Class 213 E63 AMG with Performance Exhaust: 420 KW / 571 PS
  • Mercedes Benz E-Class 213 E63S AMG with Performance Exhaust: 450 KW / 612 PS
