With our Active Valve Control, you can get complete control of the exhaust valves in your Mercedes Benz G-Class W463 G500.

Functions


The module is installed insite the car, so no visible change for other people.

Exhaust valves control via original control elements

Following functions are available with Agility Select menu:
  • ECO/Comfort Mode
    Both exhaust valves are closed (even while cold start).

  • Sport/Sport+ Mode
    Both exhaust valves are open permanently

Innovative features
  • Protection of engine (security function)
    Fully loaded car drives with closed exhaust valves can damage your engine. That’s why our module opens valves from revs of about 4000 RPM in order to protect the engine.

  • Reversal of valves via original button
    You’ll have the possibility to reverse the valves during comfort mode. That means: You’re driving in comfort mode with closed valves but wish to open them? No problem, just turn your ESP OFF and back to ON again to reverse the valves.

The Active Valve Control module is compatible with the following models:

  • Mercedes Benz G500 with factory Valved Exhaust: 310 kW (422 PS)
